Gilbert Anthony's Blue Moon Café
Production notes and credits -
I've been a Mac guy since I bought my first Macintosh LC back in 1990.
My first MIDI sequencing program was Dr. T's beyond. I just found the
original floppy disk the other day! I think I'm going to have it framed.

Today I'm working a fully blown 2012 iMac, Using Apple's Logic as my
sequencing and audio recording software. I'm really happy with this
combination because it's really fast, and very stable.

I tip my hat to Apple's Logic development team. Logic is an awesome program and it suits my needs perfectly.

As you might have guessed, I played and sang all the parts on all the songs of this album, with the exception of Seize the Day. My daughter Kelly was kind enough to help me with the background vocals for that song.

There is a music video on YouTube that my wife/cameraperson, Terri, helped me to produce for that song. You can find it by clicking the Seize the Day link at the top of the page.

I'd like to give a shout out to Mark Zizzo on his photographic skills for the picture of me at the mixing console on the Welcome page. Nice work! I also want to thank Mike Carey for the use of his Fender Stratocaster on 57Fender. Awesome guitar, awesome friend. And thanks to Bob Santa Cruz for the use of his Fender Jazz bass. It's really sweet. The 3D artwork rendering of The Blue Moon Café was also done by yours truly.

The songs on this album were written, recorded and produced in Morgan Hill California in my home studio over a period of about three years. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my music and for supporting my ongoing songwriting efforts
by buying a song or two. I'm already working on the next album!
I can't wait to share that one with you all, too.

Love and peace,
Gilbert Anthony
